Psychovocational Evaluations:

These focus on the psychological attributes of the worker with limited linkage to job function. The same process as with a vocational evaluation is applied, with an additional component. The psychovocational evaluation includes a personality measure or psychological screen to identify any significant psychological barriers to employment.
