DMARehability QuickCare is designed to save adjusters time and ensure their clients get the care they need, when they need it.

Winthin hours of referral, we will contact the client or a family member and arrange for an OT assessment within one business day.

QuickCare Services Include

• Coordination of client's discharge from hospital.
• In-home OT assessment to ensure client safety.
• Completion of Attendent Care Form (Form 1).
• Coordination of in-home services and equipment required by client.
• OT follow-up with client to facilitate functional improvement.
