Vocational Placement Program (VPP):

Our program is designed for return to work pre-accident occupation or return to work in an alternate occupation. Our work placements are community based, placing people in real work environments with structured supported (if necessary) and skill enhancement opportunities.

DMARehability has a team of highly qualified and experienced vocational specialists devoted to assisting individual's return to work. Through our Corporate Partner Initiatives Program we are effectively placing people in real work environments with structured, supported (if necessary) and skill enhancement opportunities.

Our individualized programming is meeting the needs of people faced with barriers when the focus is returning to work either with their own employer, or when returning to work in an alternate occupation.

The program is individualized in that it is structured following our intake process. This is a cost saving measure, as there are no set pre-placement assessments such as Vocational Assessment, Transferable Skills Analysis, Functional Abilities Evaluations and/or Physical Demands Analysis. Our diversity in professional staff and programming does however allow for a seamless transition of these assessments, when indicated. We have Corporate Partners and internal programming to assist people who are faced with a limitation in the area(s) of:

2. Cognitive
3. Emotional
4. Behavioural and/or
5. Work Adjustment / Work Re-entry Barriers
