Service Standards
As part of our Quality Management System (QMS) our skilled and experienced staff strive to meet these Service Standards on every assignment to DMARehability:
- Confirmation of assignment within 24 hours
- Contact the client (insured) within 48 hours
- Contact legal representative (if necessary) within 48 hours
- Arrange personal visit with insured within 5 business days
- Contact treating physician within 5 business days
- Contact employer (if necessary) within 5 business days
- Verbal updates on file activity as requested
- Report Service Delivery within 30 days of referral
- Fax/mail/courier physician and clinic invoices immediately upon receipt
- Provide all original documents/reports
- Have cases/reports/invoices regularly reviewed by management
- Ensure a breakdown of all file activity is available to accompany invoices
- Ensure that our Quality Management and Report Delivery System is monitored by our full-time Quality Assurance Manager
- Regularly scheduled Quality Assurance audits
- Make customized reports available upon request
