Service Standards

As part of our Quality Management System (QMS) our skilled and experienced staff strive to meet these Service Standards on every assignment to DMARehability:

  • Confirmation of assignment within 24 hours
  • Contact the client (insured) within 48 hours
  • Contact legal representative (if necessary) within 48 hours
  • Arrange personal visit with insured within 5 business days
  • Contact treating physician within 5 business days
  • Contact employer (if necessary) within 5 business days
  • Verbal updates on file activity as requested
  • Report Service Delivery within 30 days of referral
  • Fax/mail/courier physician and clinic invoices immediately upon receipt
  • Provide all original documents/reports
  • Have cases/reports/invoices regularly reviewed by management
  • Ensure a breakdown of all file activity is available to accompany invoices
  • Ensure that our Quality Management and Report Delivery System is monitored by our full-time Quality Assurance Manager
  • Regularly scheduled Quality Assurance audits
  • Make customized reports available upon request
