Our Service Standards have been thoroughly explained to our entire staff. Every member of the DMARehability team understands their role in achieving our Service Standards. From our full-time Intake Coordinator to our Professional Staff to our Administrative Support Personnel every employee has completed our Quality Management System Training Program.
Our full-time Quality Assurance Manager reviews our Report Delivery System on a weekly basis ensuring prompt and timely reporting. Due dates are closely monitored! Our Quality Assurance Manager also completes daily Quality checks and our Top Management and Supervisors participate in regularly scheduled Quality Audits.
A structured system for Report and Invoice review is used to provide the best possible service to our customers and is also utilized to provide constructive feedback to our staff.
All DMARehability policies are thoroughly explained to our entire staff on a regular basis. For example every staff member at DMARehability attended training for our new Privacy Policy in January 2004. This ensures that every member of our team understands DMARehability’s commitments and obligations.
