Lindsay Blackwell

Lindsay is an Occupational Therapist based out of Kitchener Waterloo and is a registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO) and Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT). Lindsay completed her Master’s Occupational Therapy, from Western University and holds an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, giving her a unique perspective on rehabilitation and function. She joined DMARehability in 2009 and currently resides in North Perth County and provides services to many of the surrounding areas. Her prior clinical experience coupled with her industry experience, in the public healthcare system have consolidated her practice in the areas of Acquired Brain Injury, Orthopedics, Mental Health and Complex injuries. Lindsay’s expertise includes coordinating and managing hospital discharges, situational assessments, in- home and attendant care assessments, and work place assessments. Lindsay is also a Qualified Administrator of the Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (AMPS)
